RUTHERFORD, N.J. -- The Felician University women's soccer team has been chosen to finish in eighth place in the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC), according to results of balloting from the league's 2019 Preseason Coaches' Poll released on Tuesday.
Thirteeen teams will vie for this year's conference championship. The top eight in the final regular-season standings will advance to the CACC playoffs, which will be staged on Nov. 12, 15, and 17. The semifinals and finals will be hosted by Post University in Waterbury, Conn.
The Golden Falcons missed the 2018 postseason but have qualified in nine of head coach Thomas Notte's eleven seasons.
