Felician Institutes Chapter Of College Athlete Honor Society

RUTHERFORD, N.J. – Felician College has instituted the New Jersey Omicron chapter of the National College Athlete Honor Society, Chi Alpha Sigma. The College will induct its first members into the NCAHS in an on-campus ceremony on Wednesday, April 29.

In order to be inducted into NCAHS, the candidate must be at least a junior academically and a letterwinner in a varsity intercollegiate sport at an NCAA or NAIA instutition. Inductees must carry a 3.40 cumulative grade-point average, be recommended by the chapter advisor, and be of good moral character.

Twenty-six Golden Falcon student-athletes across eight sports will comprise the inaugural Felician class of inductees, which is listed below. The women's soccer team leads the way with nine honorees

Felician's chapter advisor is Lori Kwiatkowski, assistant director of athletics. The induction on Wednesday will take place at 1 p.m. in the CastleView Room of the Student Center on the Rutherford campus.

"We are very proud of the tradition of excellence that these student-athletes have established," Kwiatkowski said. "We greatly look forward to honoring them for their accomplishments."
