LYNDHURST, N.J. – Senior forward Stephanie Jimenez (Fair Lawn, NJ/Fair Lawn) turned in a hat trick to lead the Felician College women's soccer team to a 5-1 Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference victory over visiting Concordia (N.Y.) College at a rainy Lyndhurst Recreation Complex on Wednesday afternoon. Sophomore Alysia Arcona (Hackettstown, NJ/Hackettstown) had a goal and tied a school record with three assists for Felician (2-0, 1-0).

Twice in the first half, Arcona successfully connected with Jimenez on corner kicks, the first time fewer than two minutes into the contest. A strong individual effort by Concordia's Iyesha Ollivierre (Trinidad, WI/Victory Christian Academy) knotted the match at 14:59, but Arcona hooked up with Jimenez again in the 32nd minute as Felician took the 2-1 edge into halftime.

The Golden Falcons maintained the one-goal lead until the 75th minute, when Jimenez collected a feed from Arcona and finished from 15 yards out. It was the first of three Felician scores in a span of 6:24 that secured the victory.

The hosts owned a 21-11 shot advantage and rolled up a 13-2 edge in corner kicks. Jimenez enjoyed the first multi-goal game of her career. Felician goalkeeper Allie Couzo (Sayreville, NJ/Sayreville War Memorial) picked up the victory with three saves. Jessica Nanan (Queens, NY/John Adams) made four saves for the Clippers (2-2, 0-1).
