LOCK HAVEN, Pa. -- The Felician College volleyball team lost a pair of three-set matches during Day 1 action at the Lock Haven University Classic on Friday evening at Thomas Fieldhouse. The Golden Falcons fell to non-conference foes Southern Connecticut State University and Elizabeth City State University.

Felician (0-7) began the day with a 25-12, 25-19, 26-24 setback to fellow East Region opponent Southern Connecticut. Freshman Megan DeLamater (Paramus, NJ) picked up six kills, 12 assists, and four blocks, and freshman libero Ashlee DiSalvo (Batavia, NY) recorded a season-high 19 digs. Broghan Miller (West Hartford, CT) topped the winners with seven kills.

Immediately thereafter, the Golden Falcons were on the short end of a 25-8, 25-20, 25-12 decision against the Vikings. ECSU had a .476 attack percentage for the match and produced 13 service aces. Eva Johnson (Havelock, NC) led all hitters with seven kills and hit .500 for the Vikings. Amber Doran (Little Ferry, NJ) paced Felician with six kills.
