After a sacrifice, Tech's April Alexander (Tukwila, WA) singled off of the Golden Falcons' Dara DeSocio (Cliffside Park, NJ) to score both runners for the victory.

DeSocio (1-2) gave up one earned run on four hits in 6 1/3 innings. She struck out six and walked none. Ashley Pointer (Buchanan, MI) pitched a four-hitter for the Warriors.

Redwoman pitcher Miranda Laws (Nellis, WV) escaped a first-and-third, one out jam in the bottom of the eighth to secure the victory.

Hope Van Dyke (West Milford, NJ) scored three of Felician's four runs, and losing pitcher Nicole Broecker (Staten Island, NY) was oen of three Golden Falcons with two hits.
