Devon YoungRUTHERFORD, N.J. – Felician College freshman Devon Young of Monmouth Junction has been named to the Presto Sports/Metropolitan Basketball Writers Association Weekly Men’s Honor Roll, the MBWA announced today.

He had 16 points and 10 rebounds – his second career “double-double” – in his team’s 78-77 Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference victory at Post University on Jan. 15, and followed with 22 points and nine boards in Saturday’s 91-89 overtime loss at Goldey-Beacom College. A 2007 graduate of South Brunswick High, Young leads the Golden Falcons and is second in the CACC with 17.5 points per game.

The MBWA selects from among nearly 75 senior colleges in the New York tri-state area, representing all three NCAA divisions, for its weekly awards.
