RUTHERFORD, N.J. -- In a game which featured 12 lead changes, including 10 in the second half, Post University used a late 9-0 run to clinch an 88-83 Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference North Division men's basketball victory over host Felician College on Thursday night at Job Gymnasium.

The game was tied for the eighth time, 77-77, on a Felician free throw with exactly two minutes left in regulation. However, Post sophomore forward A.J. Reitter (Baltimore, MD) put the finishing touches on a 42-point night with two free throws, followed by a key three-point field goal for a five-point lead at the 1:17 mark. Two possessions later, the Eagles' Peter Lawal (Uniondale, NY) punctuated the run with a dunk in transition for a 86-77 edge at 0:31.

Reitter, who scored 32 of his team's 52 second-half points, shot 17 for 23 from the floor for the night and added 10 rebounds. Lawal registered 15 points and Arthur Robertson (Far Rockaway, NY) had 13 points and 11 rebounds off the bench for the winners. Freshman Devon Young (Monmouth Junction, NJ) topped four double-figure scorers for the Golden Falcons (6-7, 1-3) with 21 points. Derrell Thomas (Harlem, NY) scored 18 points with six assists.

Post (7-7, 4-1) overcame an early 22-9 deficit to take a 36-34 halftime lead, setting up the topsy-turvy second half. The Eagles shot 55 percent for the game, and survived Felician's season-high 16 three-pointers.
