RUTHERFORD, N.J. – The Felician College women’s soccer team set a program record for single-game goals in its 9-2 non-conference victory over visiting Concordia (N.Y.) College on Wednesday night at Tryon Field.

Lindsey Petry (Newton, NJ) scored 32 seconds into the contest for Felician (3-4-1), who took a four-goal advantage after 15 minutes and led, 6-0, at halftime. Petry, who finished with three goals and an assist, completed her second hat trick of the season with 3:15 remaining to set the record. The Golden Falcons had scored eight goals in a game on four occasions.

Felician sophomore Jenn Ghiroli (Branford, CT) scored her first two career goals 54 seconds apart in the 14th and 15th minutes. Jenna Krowl (Kearny, NJ) had a goal and an assist. Senior Maura Torres (Queens, NY) scored both goals for Concordia (0-5), whose goalkeeper, Nathifa Newby (Brooklyn, NY), made 11 saves.
