Felician Athletics - 5/14/07 BASEBALL - Flynn Named All-Tournament

RUTHERFORD, N.J. -- Felician senior designated hitter Chris Flynn (Keyport, NJ/Keyport) was named to the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference Baseball All-Tournament Team at the conclusion of the CACC Championship on Saturday in Wilmington, Del.

Felician finished fourth in the tournament, losing to host Wilmington College on Thursday, 14-11, and Caldwell College, 11-4, on Friday. Flynn reached base in five of nine plate appearances, going 3 for 7 (.429) with a homerun and four runs batted in.

Flynn hit .368 on the season for the 23-26 Golden Falcons with four homers and 33 RBI in 42 games, and was a second-team all-conference selection. Wilmington won the tournament with a championship round victory over Caldwell on Saturday.
