Felician Athletics - 10/23/06 MEN'S SOCCER - Golden Falcons Reach Playoffs

The Felician men's soccer team has qualified for the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference playoffs as the No. 6 seed. It is the eighth consecutive year of reaching the conference tournament for our men's soccer program.

On Tuesday, Felician (3-10-3, 2-3-2) travels to Waterbury, Conn., for its quarterfinal match against No. 3 seed Post University (7-6-5, 4-1-3) at 2 p.m.

Felician College is the predetermined host of the CACC semifinals and finals. Should the Golden Falcons get by Post, they would play at home for as long as they last in the single-elimination tournament. The winner of the Felician/Post game plays Wilmington (Del.) College (11-4-4, 5-1-2) on Thursday at 3:30 p.m. in Rutherford.
