Felician Athletics - 10/24/06 - WOMEN'S SOCCER

RUTHERFORD, N.J. – Makenzie Woods of Hasbrouck Heights, a senior at Felician College, has been voted to the All-Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference Women’s Soccer Second Team, the CACC released today.

Woods, selected as a defender, has played both defense and midfield for Felician this season. In 19 games and starts, she registered 12 points on five goals and two assists, good for third on the team. A four-year starter, Woods will graduate with seven career goals. She was chosen for the CACC All-Tournament team in 2003 and 2004.

The Golden Falcons had a won-lost-tied record of 3-16-1, and finished 10th in the CACC with a 1-9-1 league mark.

Woods is a 2003 graduate of Hasbrouck Heights High. She is the seventh Felician student-athlete to attain All-CACC honors this fall, joining four men’s cross-country and two women’s cross-country athletes. The complete 2006 All-CACC Women’s Soccer Teams can be viewed by clicking here.
