RUTHERFORD, N.J. -- The Felician College volleyball team fell to visiting Bloomfield College, 3-1 (25-18, 19-25, 21-25, 25-21) in a Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference North Division match held Thursday night at Job Gymnasium.
Junior Amber Doran (Little Ferry, NJ) accumulated 18 kills and 12 digs for Felician, but the Golden Falcons allowed Bloomfield to hit .320 and to own an 9-1 advantage in blocks. Nicole Degenhardt (Secaucus, NJ) had 37 assists, six kills and nine digs and Jenna Matesic (Paramus, NJ) added 13 kills for the hosts.
The Deacons (6-15, 6-8) put three hitters in double figures in kills, led by 22 kills, eight digs and seven blocks from Ursula Pereira.
