 NOVAL FLUSHING, N.Y. – Felician College survived a seven-run ninth-inning by host Queens (N.Y.) College to earn a 12-10 non-conference baseball victory on Thursday afternoon.
Felician (10-12), which scored in six different innings, appeared to take control by scoring five times in the top of the eighth inning to extend a four-run lead to 12-3. Vinnie DiBenedetti (Forked River, NJ) led off the inning with a homerun to right field, and Frank Quintana (Miami, FL) and Dave Schoer (Manalapan, NJ) had run-scoring singles. The Golden Falcons outhit Queens, 22-7, on the afternoon. |

College baseball team scored three runs in each of the first two innings en route to a 10-3 Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference victory over host Felician College on Monday afternoon at Breslin Field. The game was first CACC contest for both schools as well as Felician’s home opener. |

RUTHERFORD, N.J. – Felician College part-time head baseball coach Chris Langan of Hazlet has been promoted to the full-time position of facilities/equipment manager and head baseball coach, director of athletics Ben DiNallo Jr. announced today.
Langan is in his fourth season leading the Golden Falcons following two years as a Felician assistant. He has amassed a career won-lost record of 69-96. In 2006, he guided the Golden Falcons to a school record 29 victories, a runner-up finish in the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference tournament, and the program’s first Eastern College Athletic Conference playoff berth. |

 SENNA YAPHANK, N.Y. -- Sophomore right-hander William Senna (Wallingford, CT/Sheehan) allowed six hits over eight innings and classmate Vinnie DeBenedetti (Forked River, NJ/Lacey Township) hit two homeruns as Felician College defeated host Dowling College, 8-5, in non-conference baseball action Wednesday afternoon at the Baseball Heaven Complex.
Felician (9-11), led 2-1, heading into the top of the sixth inning, when it loaded the bases with no one out on a double, walk, and single. Richard Melendez (Miami, FL/South Miami) hit a sacrifice fly to center field, and Thomas DiPietro (Staten Island, NY/Susan Wagner) followed with a three-run homer down the left field line. |
