 BIAMONTE OLD WESTBURY, N.Y. -- Felician College erased a 15-point first-half deficit en route to a 68-52 non-conference women's basketball victory over host New York Institute of Technology on Saturday afternoon. It was the first Felician win for first-year head coach Steve Fagan.
Junior forward Janelle Biamonte (Secaucus, NJ) led all scorers with 18 points for Felician (1-4). Freshman Destiny Thompson (Paterson, NJ) scored 16 points with four steals, and sophomore Breanne DeFalco (East Brunswick, NJ) scored a season-high 14 points off the bench. |
