4/10/09 MEN'S BASKETBALL - Young Voted To Second All-Met Team
Devon YoungRUTHERFORD, N.J. – Felician College sophomore Devon Young of Monmouth Junction has been named to the All-Met Division II Men’s Basketball Second Team, the National Invitation Tournament and the Met Basketball Writers Association announced on Friday. Area head coaches voted on the award winners.

Young, a 6-foot-3, 205-pound guard, is an All-Met Second Team selection for the second consecutive year. In 2008-09, he started all 29 games, and averaged a team-high 15.2 points, 5.1 rebounds, and 2.9 assists. He finished 11th in the CACC in scoring and ninth in three-pointers (1.69 per game).

3/26/09 MEN'S BASKETBALL - Young Makes CACC All-Academic Squad
Devon YoungRUTHERFORD, N.J. – Felician College sophomore Devon Young of Monmouth Junction has been named to the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference Winter 2008-09 All-Academic Team, the CACC released today.

In order to be named to the CACC All-Academic team, recipients must have participated in a CACC winter championship sport, be at least a sophomore academically and athletically, have been a student at their current school for at least two semesters, and have achieved a cumulative grade-point-average of 3.50 or higher.

3/6/09 - MEN'S BASKETBALL - Men Lose In CACC Semis, 59-52
PHILADELPHIA - The Felician College men's basketball team lost to host Philadelphia University, 59-52, in the semifinals of the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference Tournament on Friday night at the Gallagher Center. Felician finishes the season with a record of 16-13, the second-highest win total in program history.

Devon YoungRUTHERFORD, N.J. – Felician College sophomore Devon Young of Monmouth Junction has been named to the All-Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference Men’s Basketball Second Team, the CACC released today. The conference’s 12 head coaches voted on the award winners.

Young, a 6-foot-3, 205-pound guard, is an all-conference selection for the first time. In 2008-09, he has started all 28 games, and is averaging a team-high 15.4 points, 5.1 rebounds, and 3.0 assists. He ranks 11th in the CACC in scoring and tied for 10th in three-pointers (1.59 per game).
