Harrison announced today. August committed to Felician during the NCAA’s recently-concluded early signing period.

RUTHERFORD, N.J. – Caldwell College held off a furious late comeback attempt by host Felician College in its 76-70 Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference North Division men’s basketball victory on Wednesday night at Job Gymnasium. The game was the league opener for both schools.

12/3/07 MEN'S BASKETBALL - Young Repeats As CACC Rookie Of Week

RUTHERFORD, N.J. – Felician College freshman Devon Young of Monmouth Junction has been named the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference Men’s Basketball Rookie of the Week, the CACC announced today. Young has earned that honor for the second consecutive week.

Young, a 6-foot-3 forward, matched his season high with 21 points in Felician’s 82-65 non-conference road loss to St. Thomas Aquinas College last Wednesday. It was the Golden Falcons’ only action of the week. He shot 7 for 16 from the floor (including 2 of 4 on three-point attempts) and made 5 of 6 free throws, adding three rebounds and two steals.
