Felician Athletics - Volleyball

The Felician College volleyball team earned its first taste of postseason play in 2007. After the team missed the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference Tournament last year, coach Alan Clements feels the Golden Falcons have addressed their most pressing needs.

Felician has added two freshman hitters, all-conference setter Nicole Degenhardt is back after missing all of 2008 with a shoulder injury, and almost all of last year’s defense returns. The personnel has Clements hopeful for another playoff run despite coming off a 3-28 record.

RUTHERFORD, N.J. – Shanté Williams of Jersey City has signed an athletic financial aid agreement to continue her volleyball career at Felician College, Golden Falcon head coach Alan Clements announced today.
