 DiSALVO RUTHERFORD, N.J. – In a match which saw each set decided by the minimum two points, the Felician College volleyball team emerged victorious in its Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference North Division contest with visiting Nyack College, 3-1 (25-23, 25-23, 25-27, 26-24) on Thursday night at Job Gymnasium.
Felician (2-5, 1-1) scored the last six points of the first set, the final five served by sophomore Ashlee DiSalvo (Batavia, NY) to erase a 23-19 deficit. DiSalvo was again the final server for the Golden Falcons in Set 2, helping her team push ahead from a 22-22 tie to win three of the final four points. After Nyack saved three match points and extended the match with a third-set triumph, Felician came back from a 20-15 Set 4 deficit, scoring the final four points to secure the victory. |

WATERBURY, Conn. -- Despite a match-high 10 kills from freshman Jenna Matesic (Paramus, NJ), the Felician College volleyball team lost, 3-0 (25-17, 26-24, 25-23), to host Post University on Tuesday night at the Drubner Center.
