10/11/08 VOLLEYBALL - Spikers Host Tri-Match, But Lose Pair

RUTHERFORD, N.J. – Philadelphia University won both ends of a women’s volleyball tri-match hosted by Felician College on Saturday afternoon at Job Gymnasium. Philadelphia began the day with a 3-0 Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference interdivisional victory over the host Golden Falcons, then followed by defeating Southern Connecticut State University, 3-0, in non-conference action. Southern Connecticut ended the afternoon with a four-set triumph over Felician.
