10/12/09 WOMEN'S SOCCER - Gleason Chosen CACC Rookie Of The Week

RUTHERFORD, N.J. – Felician College freshman Emily Gleason of East Hanover has been named the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference Women’s Soccer Rookie of the Week, the CACC announced today.

Gleason, a 5-foot-3 midfielder, scored two goals with two assists during Felician’s 1-0-1 week. She enjoyed her first collegiate multi-goal game with two goals and an assist in a 4-1 home victory over Bloomfield College last Wednesday, and added an assist in a 1-1 home tie with Chestnut Hill College on Saturday.
