 Jenna Krowl scored two goals in 17 seconds to give Felician the lead on Oct. 9. RUTHERFORD, N.J. – The Felician College women’s soccer team scored four goals in a 10-minute, 12-second, span of the second half en route to a 5-2 non-conference victory over visiting Molloy College on Thursday night at Tryon Field.
After a scoreless first half in which the teams combined for only six shot attempts, senior forward Jenna Krowl (Kearny, NJ/Kearny) put Felician ahead by tallying twice in 17 seconds. Krowl broke the 0-0 deadlock by converting on a long direct kick 4:26 into the second half. Not long after the ensuing kickoff, she got free in the middle of the field, dribbled ahead, and blasted a high 30-yard shot that bounded off the goalkeeper’s outstretched hand and into the net. |

RUTHERFORD, N.J. – Tuesday night’s duel for mid-season women’s soccer supremacy in the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference went to Georgian Court University.
In a game which featured three lead changes, Georgian Court (6-6-2, 5-1-2) held on the top spot in the CACC standings with a 4-3 league victory over host Felician College at Tryon Field. Felician entered the night in second place. |

 JACOBOWITZ RUTHERFORD, N.J. – Sophomore forward D.J. Jacobowitz (Staten Island, NY/Moore Catholic) recorded three goals and an assist – including the game-winning goal six minutes, 11 seconds, into overtime – to lead Felician College to a 4-3 Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference women’s soccer victory over visiting Wilmington University on Saturday afternoon at Tryon Field.
Felician (5-6, 4-2) had yet to attempt a shot in the overtime period when Jacobowitz collected a pass from Jenna Krowl (Kearny, NJ/Kearny) out to the left wing. Her 20-yard shot curled perfectly in the upper right corner of the goal to complete her first collegiate hat trick and end her team’s second league win in three days. |
