The Felician College women's soccer game against Southern Connecticut State University on Friday, during the Franklin Pierce University Classic, has been changed to a 1 p.m. start (from 3 p.m.) due to the threat of inclement weather in New Hampshire.
One of the main concerns for Felician College women’s soccer coach Thomas Notte in his first two seasons with the Golden Falcons was depth. It was difficult for the team to withstand key injuries or fatigue and be give its best effort on a consistent basis.
In 2010, however, Felician returns 13 veterans, including nine starters. With that type of experience to draw from on a 21-player roster, Notte believes the program has turned a corner.
