 BASKERVILLE WATERBURY, Conn. – Senior Janelle Biamonte (Secaucus, NJ) and junior Quay Baskerville (Hartford, CT) each picked up double-doubles as the Felician College women’s basketball team defeated host Post University, 69-54, in Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference North Division action Thursday evening at the Drubner Center.
Felician (11-6, 5-4 CACC), which never trailed, received a strong team defensive effort. The Golden Falcons held post to 28-percent shooting from the floor, including 11-percent (2 for 19) from three-point range. Felician forced 20 turnovers and blocked seven Eagle shots. The Golden Falcons jumped out to an early 17-7 lead, and were ahead by as many as 18 points in the opening period before settling for a 41-26 halftime lead. Post could only cut its deficit as low as 10 points in the second half. |

 AUGUST RUTHERFORD, N.J. – The Felician College men’s basketball team held visiting Nyack College to 28-percent shooting from the floor in the Golden Falcons’ 79-60 Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference North Division victory on Tuesday night at Job Gymnasium.
Felician sophomore guard Antoine Obery (Roselle, NJ/Abraham Clark) registered game highs of 22 points, 16 rebounds and seven assists, plus blocked three shots. Obery, who had a double-double by halftime, was 8 for 12 from the floor. The Golden Falcons also received a season-high 20 points, eight rebounds and four assists from sophomore Andrew August (Bridgewater, NJ/Bridgewater-Raritan) (7-9 FG). |

 BARNETTE RUTHERFORD, N.J. – Felician College closed the first half with a 20-3 run, keying its 72-63 Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference North Division women’s basketball victory over visiting Nyack College on Tuesday evening at Job Gymnasium.
Senior Janelle Biamonte (Secaucus, NJ) led Felician (10-6, 4-4 CACC) with 14 points. Junior guard Destiny Barnette (Paterson, NJ) posted a season-high 13 points, seven rebounds, and five assists, and backcourt-mate Tierra Cleaves (Paterson, NJ) added 13 points and five assists.  KENNEDY RUTHERFORD, N.J. – Senior center Ethan Kennedy (Albuquerque, NM/Highland) canned five three-point field goals and scored 21 points as the Felician College men’s basketball team earned a Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference interdivisional victory over visiting University of the Sciences in Philadelphia, 69-58, on Saturday afternoon at Job Gymnasium.
Felician sophomore Antoine Obery (Roselle, NJ/Abraham Clark) had 16 first-half points and Kennedy added 13 as the hosts took a 42-23 lead into the locker room. The Golden Falcons outscored USP, 27-9, over the last 12 minutes of the period. Felician (12-4, 5-2) led by as many as 21 points before the Devils chipped away, but the final 11-point margin was the tightest of the second half. |
