 DUNAY
During a Felician timeout with just over 24 seconds to play, the 6-foot-2 Dunay was sent into contest for the first time since the first half. The game had been tied, 49-49, since the 1:40 mark. When play resumed, Dunay obtained position on the left block, received an entry pass from Bianca Johnson (Nanuet, NY), and laid the ball over the rim for her only points of the game. On Nyack’s last possession, a contested 16-foot jumper by Shelly Yount (Belvidere, NJ) missed off the front rim, and by the time a Warrior secured the offensive rebound, the final buzzer had sounded. |
