Bio: First year staff member Lee Pollard brings eight years of elite-lever player development experience to the Golden Falcons.

Pollard is the director of coaching for Major League Soccer’s New York Red Bulls’ pre-academy program, The Regional Development School. In that position, he designs and delivers an elite-level curriculum for the tri-state area’s top youth players, and scouts talent for the Red Bulls Academy. He has worked for the Metrostars/Red Bulls Regional Development School in various capacities since 2004.

Pollard has previous professional club coaching experience in Chicago and in England dating back to 1998, most notably with the Sheffield Wednesday Ladies and the Doncaster Belles, two women’s pro teams. He possesses an NSCAA Premier Diploma and a USSF ‘B’ coaching license, and is an NSCAA regional instructor.

A native of Chesterfield, England, Pollard lives in Weehawken.
