Felician Athletics

Dr. Russ Wiebe is in his second stint as a men's basketball assistant at Felician, and has been with the program for all but two seasons since its inception in 1996-97. In addition to assisting with game-planning, he handles most of the program's daily off-court operations.

Wiebe is an associate professor of English at Felician, and serves as an academic advisor in the English department. He is a former chair of the student admissions committee, and in 1997 helped author the College's academic honor code. He was Felician's faculty athletics representative to the National Association of Intercollgiate Athletics in 1995-98.

Wiebe began his professional career as a visiting assistant professor at Lehigh University. Between coaching stints at Felician, he was the head girls' coach at Gill St. Bernard's School. He resides in Fair Lawn.
